Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days (Ansatsu Kyoushitsu: 365-Nichi no Jikan 劇場版『暗殺教室』365日の時間) is a sequel summary anime movie that summarizes the entire anime series featuring adult Nagisa and Karma telling the story of the Class 3-E how Korosensei made them what they are.
The 46th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed more plot details about the original story included in the Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days compilation anime film.

The opening start with Nagisa Shiota walking up to the 3-E building and finding Karma Akabane in the classroom, they talk about how this classroom made them what they're now.
Long Summery[]
In the opening, Nagisa Shiota walks up the staircase to the Class 3-E building with the name now changed to old classroom. Nagisa see that the door is open, so he decides to go in the building and looks around for a bit. He opens the classroom door and finds Karma Akabane in there. Nagisa ask how he got in here when only Yuma Isogai has the key. Karma tells him "Now you're the suspect helper". Karma plans on pranking the rest of the Class tomorrow and ask Nagisa if he wants to explore this place.
They went exploring the place, Nagisa notice how the place never changes. Karma tells him that it's because they bought the mountain, Nagisa remember that it was Karma's idea because he didn't want anybody to trash this place. They went to the teacher room and look at Korosensei seat, then they found the book with the name "3-E Classroom meet up!" Then Nagisa got a flashback to Episode 1 when the first met Koro-Sensei. Nagisa ask if it all starts when 70% of the moon was destroyed. Karma talks about how the class became more involved because of the high reward and how the target is their teacher, He says even though nuclear can't kill Korosensei he still has many weaknesses. Then all of the weaknesses that Nagisa write shows up, Nagisa wonder how he has to many weaknesses. the flashback of Episode 3 shows up, Karma says he's happy to kill their teacher. Then the scene where Karma up off the cliff shows up, Karma says after that he respects Korosensei as his teacher. Then there's a flashback of Episode 31, Nagisa talks about how his life feels like an RPG game to his mom after many classes he know that he has the talent of an assassin but as a secondary grade student he doesn't know what to do with that talent. He thinks that he will find a path to stop his mom from caring him. Then they talk about Kaede Kayano fighting with Koro-Sensei to get revenge for her sister Aguri Yukimura.
Nagisa says he thinks it's okay for him to not kill Korosensei, Karma says he's different from Nagisa he thinks he has to respond back because this classroom is the classroom that Koro-Sensei made then a flashback from Episode 39 and Episode 40. Karma says that if he didn't show his true feeling, they will only be friends from the outside and how his greatest fight was with Nagisa. Then a flashback from Episode 41. Then a flashback of Episode 43 to Episode 47. Nagisa and Karma decided to look around one more time before going out. Karma draws a picture of Koro-Sensei on the board and Nagisa finds a list of 3-E Class student name. Karma tell Nagisa to not give up as a teacher as Nagisa tell him the same thing. Before going out Nagisa write "Until the day we met you again" on the board, then they lock the door. And got out to pay respect and go home together.
